Thankfully, our family has no food allergies
and I am blessed to have a
healthy family.
But when we were having a
party and one of the guest was
lactose intolerant,
I wanted to make a special
treat just for her.
JELLO was the perfect thing,
refreshing, bright and so easy!
One color at a time,
let it set and then add the next.
It really didn't take that long,
if you did a load of laundry,
pulled some weeds,
cleaned and ate lunch in between.
Simple ~ Fun ~ Tasty
This turned out to be
a blessing, because
a couple days later I
was sick and was on a
liquid diet for 24 hours.
So I had a few of these cool jello treats.
